Siempre unidos opertates two clinics providing medical care and social support services for people living with hiv and to neighborhood residents needing primary care. Siempre unidos provides hiv education, testing and counseling and community health fairs to people who identify as lgbti, commercial sex workers, prisoners, ethnic…

Following hurricanes eta and iota that devastated honduras in fall 2020 , siempre unidos embarked on a one time campaign to raise funds for hurricane relief for some of our most vulnerable clients. 30,000 of the 120,000 funds raised for this purpose was spent in 2020 for food, bedding, stoves and home repairs.
