During 2020 Wilderness East (WE) furthered its mission of advancing wildlands protection in Ohio by working in collaboration with the Highlands Nature Sanctuary (HNS) to acquire several new natural areas and hold them until funds could be raised by HNS to buy and permanently protect them.
