Visitor Services / Engagement

Top's visitor services (VS) team enjoyed a successful 2025, welcoming over 33,000 guests on public tours. Tour attendance has remained relatively consistent over the last three years, and 22% of park visitors at olana enjoyed a ticketed tour with top this year.
