To support scientific research into the physical and chemical processes, and their interactions, that underlie nervous system function, including behavior and mental activity; to support educational programs concerning such research; and to perform all acts incidental to and in furtherance of the purposes of Neurosciences Research Foundation, Inc. ("NRF"), a Section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) organization. Neurosciences Support Corporation ("NSC") and NRF work closely together, although certain activities, such as fundraising, are carried out only by NRF. NRF and NSC share the same management and, for most purposes, operate as one, in the same physical space. To understand fully the status of NRF and NSC, the Forms 990 of NRF and NSC, which are filed separately, must be considered as a whole.
