A. In 2024, cnyc continued to conduct most meetings including its annual conference via zoom. Only its april 17TH annual meeting was conducted in person, bringing together enthusiastic members, despite torrential rail. B.

D. Membership increased very modestly with 966 cooperatives and condominiums paying dues by the end of the year. This includes 27 new members. 66 professionals renewed their affiliation with the council and 9 new professionals joined in 2024.

C. . Many online educational events were offered and regular communication with members continued to take the primary form of frequent e-blasts, with notices subsequently posted on the cnyc website.
