The prologger program continues to maintain its position as one of the top training programs in the nation. The prologger program has a database of over 1600 prologgers in "good standing." in 2020, 125 new prologgers were added to the program via three different courses held across the state.

The educational programs offered to the public reach students, parents, and educators through environmental camps in greensboro, wilmington, and raleigh. Approximately 75 ncfa members and other volunteers served as instructors.
