Community Based Services

Pathways to safety & pathways to permanent housing -transition house provides holistic support, counseling services, and intervention resources for victims of domestic violence throughout our diverse community, including partner abuse, dating violence and family violence.

Transition house provides an emergency shelter, which is a congregate shelter in a residential home-like setting that provides safe, emergency housing and highly skilled 24/7 trauma support for survivors of domestic violence and their children.
