Deaf and hard of hearing independent living program (dhils) offers training and support services so deaf youth, adults, and seniors (including those with age-related hearing loss) can acquire the skills, information, services, referrals, and assistive technologies they need to live independently and safely.

Deafblind Community Access Network (dbcan)

Community access support to expand and maintain the independence of deafblind adults by matching them with sighted deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing "providers" trained by dbcan to provide guiding, 1:1 communication, and visual information supports.

Deaf, inc. Also offers tuition-based american sign language (asl) adult education classes (for hard of HEARING/LATE-DEAFENED and hearing adults who want to learn asl and learn about deaf culture). This program helps support direct services and other critical agency functions, like communication access.
