Affordable Housing and Community Engagement

To maintain housing solutions for deteriorating housing sectors and the decreasing supply of affordable housing. During 2020, LP granite LLC, a related party to lena park community development corporation, embarked on the rehabilitation of 143 units of affordable housing.
