Day services provided to INTELLECTUAL/DEVELOPMENTALLY disabled individuals and individuals diagnosed with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, and autism spectrum disorders. Services include a community based day program, center-based work, group supported employment, and individual supported employment.

Residential and supportive housing provides housing and sup port services for men and women 21 years of age and older with substance use disorders. A 10 room sober house located in greenfield, ma was opened in fy 20.

Transportation services are provided to individuals with INTELLECTUAL/DEVELOPMENTAL disabilities to the day services program. In addition, transportation to individuals with INTELLECTUAL/DEVELOPMENTAL disabilities to other day services programs and disabled and elderly to non-emergency medical appointments.
