Milton academy promotes an environment of lifelong learning to 1021 students in grades k-12. Students are encouraged to participate in community service and volunteer opportunities during the year in an effort to instill a passion for giving back to others for many years.

The mountain school of milton academy is an independent semester program that provides high school juniors the opportunity to live and work on an organic farm in rural vermont. In academic year 2023-2024, the mountain school enrolled an average of 50 high-achieving students per semester from all over the country.
