Vlrc was founded with the intent of supporting the youth of our community through positive educational activities on water. Vlrc serves the youth of our community, adaptive rowers, at risk individuals, and adult rowers and paddlers by teaching rowing technique, water safety, etc.

VLRC provides structured rowing instruction and athletic development opportunities for middle and high school students. Participants engage in coached practices, skill development, and regional competitions. Financial assistance is available to ensure equitable access.
