Dr. Robert W.
Molinari is a Professor and Chief of the Division of Spinal Surgery at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and one of the most experienced spinal trauma surgeons in the world. He holds a medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point; he completed the Washington University Pediatric and Adult Spinal Surgery Fellowship and joined Rochester in 2003 from Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington, where he was Director of Spinal Surgery.
