Bailey is a prominent leader in theological education, having served as the fifth President of Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) for 19 years (2001-2020) before transitioning to Chancellor and Senior Professor of Bible Exposition in July 2020. He joined the DTS faculty in 1985 and has dedicated over 40 years to theological education and pastoral ministry.
