Jill M. Tiefenthaler is an American economist and higher education leader who serves as the first female Chief Executive Officer of the National Geographic Society.
She previously served as the 13th President of Colorado College from 2011 to 2020, and held leadership positions at Wake Forest University and Colgate University.
