Israel Ruiz served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2011 until stepping down in 2020. As a Trustee of the MIT Corporation and a member of its Executive Committee, he stewarded over $17 billion of MIT's financial assets, $3.4 billion in operating revenues, and administered the Institute's $5 billion capital plan.
