About the Pharmacy Departments: Join Avera as a paid Pharmacy Technician-In-Training while you complete Avera’s accredited Pharmacy Technician Education Program. This program has a national certification pass rate of 100% for the last two years vs. the 70% national average in that same timeframe.
This program allows opportunity to experience different Pharmacy departments to best match individuals to long-term role or can be hired directly to a specific department.
