We are seeking a part-time, skilled Maintenance Assistant to assist with basic HVAC, carpentry, painting, flooring, and general building repairs. Maintains grounds, including snow removal and some minor landscaping and debris clean up. Must be able to work on call rotation.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a long term care community preferred. Ability to work on call rotation, which included evenings and weekends.
