Galley Supervisor Location: Silverdale, Washington – Naval Base Kitsap Bangor Type: Non-Exempt Work Schedule: Full-Time, PM Shift (10:30 am – 7 pm), Weekends and Holidays as required. This is a supervisory position which reports directly to Galley Site Manager and is responsible for the supervision of the Galley crew in all Galley required activities at the Trident, MLA, WSSF, and WSSF 2 Facilities. The Galley Supervisor is expected to practice servant leadership by putting our employees first. This includes listening to their needs, supporting their growth, and empowering them to succeed both professionally and personally through all phases of Tessera’s employee life cycle.

Typical duties include but are not limited to: Assist Manager in overseeing galley activities on Bangor at the Trident Inn, MLA, WSSF, and WSSF 2 Galleys. Assist Manager in ensuring all areas are clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly. Assist Manager in ensuring quality service to meet the contract requirements. Assist Manager in ensuring that Medical and Sanitation inspections are corrected on time and followed up on. Work closely with the Chiefs and Culinary Specialists to ensure that contract requirements are being met. Schedule all Galley locations to ensure adequate service to meet the needs of the contract and adjust schedules when necessary.
