Manages the nursing and clinical support team members in the Practice and collaborates with the directors, leaders, and administrators within Valley Health Partners Community Health Center. Manages clinical-support decision-making, clinical workflows, and clinical staff supervision. Oversees clinical performance and quality improvement activities in the practice including development and implementation of protocols and standardization of work. Serves as a clinical resource and role model for nursing, clinical support team members, clerical staff, and the practice management team. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
