Goodwill of Western New York is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead our accounting operations and serve as a strategic partner to the CFO. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who can turn financial information into actionable insights while remaining actively involved in day-to-day accounting work. Our Accounting team is small and collaborative, so the Controller must be comfortable moving between financial strategy, analysis, process improvement, reconciliations, journal entries, and other routine accounting responsibilities. Success in this position means seeing the big picture while being willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed.
