As the Program Supervisor, you'll lead a dedicated team providing day treatment short-term stabilization services to youth as they build the skills needed to thrive at home, in school, and in their community. You'll oversee clinical quality, program operations, staff development, and safety while ensuring a supportive and engaging treatment environment. In partnership with leadership, you will strengthen key relationships and support the continued success of the program.
