Work Shift (if applicable): Shift 1 (United States of America) Job Description: Pay: $19.39 - $21.02 per hour Salary is commensurate with a candidate's direct Phlebotomy experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.

Start Date: November 9, 2026 Schedule: Sunday through Saturday, Five days a week, variable hours between the hours of 6am-8pm based on business needs, Every other weekend required. Travel: You will assist Vitalant’s donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. As an entry level phlebotomist on our Blood Collections Team, you'll travel to regional blood drives and work directly with donors to collect blood and blood products that save lives. No previous blood collection experience is required. In this hands-on position, you'll guide donors through the donation process while collecting the blood and blood products that hospitals rely on every day. At Vitalant, Your Impact is Vital! Perform blood collections while ensuring donor safety, comfort, and confidence. Maintain accurate records and follow all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Drive company vehicles of all sizes, set up and operate equipment at mobile blood drive locations. Contribute to a mission-focused team committed to ensuring blood is available whenever and wherever patients need it.
