As a Case Aide you will assist case management personnel to provide case management services to families who are experiencing homelessness. In this role you will provide support and resources for crisis intervention and counseling services to program participants and help them to develop goals focused on improving stability and self-sufficiency. You will answer client questions, provide linkage to appropriate community resources and advocacy, accompany residents to view apartments and provide information and other resources to client families regarding housekeeping, care of property, parenting issues and needs assessment.
