Join our team as our new Staffing Coordinator today! A few details about the role: Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
Update and adjust schedule based upon fluctuating census, regulatory requirements, planned and unplanned team member absences. Fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness. Update schedule databases. Track and inform assigned lead of tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for planned time off and requests for change in scheduled hours. Enter approved time off into scheduling database and timekeeping system. Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget. Track incidental and approved overtime, and complete other reports as assigned. And here’s what you need to apply: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred. Two to three years applicable experience.
CPR certification preferred. Prefer CNA, CMA or LVN. Lifespace has successfully served older adults for 50 years, and this is just the beginning.
