The Intake Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting with issues related to eligibility, referrals and authorizations for cancer screening. Foster a supportive team environment. Responsible for scheduling intake visit, and maintain future appointment respectful to program goals, file maintenance, and assist care managers with client caseload. The Intake Coordinator will screen and orient potential members; conduct cancer screening and other service needs and assessments.
