The Sr. Leave and Accommodation Manager provides day to day oversight of the leave and accommodation programs for all facilities nationwide. Ensures that the programs are being managed in accordance to Federal, State, Local leave and accommodation laws, including but limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Pregnant Worker Fairness Act (PWFA). Provide day to day oversite of Leave and Accommodation case managers to ensure compliance and exceptional customer service.
