The three-story facility will bring a broad range of services together in one convenient location, including Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, cardiovascular care, medical and surgical specialties, neurosciences, specialty pharmacy, imaging and urgent care. Physicians and team members will have the opportunity to help build an integrated care environment designed around collaboration, technology and a coordinated patient experience.

Providers and staff will work across specialties to make it easier for patients to access care, navigate services and receive support throughout their health care journey. Located in one of the Valley's growing communities, Banner Health Center plus represents an important expansion of Banner Health's presence and services in North Scottsdale. Team members will have the opportunity to join a new multidisciplinary setting, contribute to its development and help shape how care is delivered from the beginning.

Schedule Full Time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Training Prior to our opening in early 2027, you may work at another clinic before transitioning to 18250 Hayden Rd, Scottsdale AZ 85255 upon opening. POSITION SUMMARY

This position manages the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic or health center and takes complete ownership for the successful operations including financial, employee engagement and retention, and patient experience. Responsible for ensuring that high quality patient care and customer service is delivered in the most financially efficient way. Works in a strong dyad or triad relationship with the physician practice lead(s) and/or clinical leadership on staff, leader and provider recruitment, development and retention. Collaborates with all Banner leaders in the market and the medical group to provide seamless and integrated service to our patients.

Partners with market manager to build and maintain community partnerships /relations and seeks new ways to work together that builds Banner’s market share and brand.
