OKC Area - $82K annual salary Licensed Therapists+ $8K bonus! $72K+ annual salary for therapists under supervision +$%K bonus. Plus overflowing benefit package and PTO! Navigate Therapists will engage with their multidisciplinary team to provide group and individual counseling and therapy services in a culturally sensitive way producing optimal outcome to a designated population, with a multiplicity of problems. Services are predominantly delivered to an adult population who carry a SMI, substance abuse, co-occurring /medically co-morbid diagnosis. FCS utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care.

As a member of a multi-disciplinary care team you will successfully support clients by providing whole person care with this transformative model.
