Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Memory Support Manager to oversee the non-clinical operations of our Memory Support neighborhood. This role collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, promotes person-centered dementia care, supports regulatory compliance, and ensures exceptional experiences for residents, families, and team members. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who delivers real-time coaching and fosters quality care. Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Pay: based on licensure and experience This role could be an LPN, a social worker, or a CTRS.
