The Organizational Development Consultant is responsible for organizational development, education strategies and consulting services across SGHS. This includes providing consultation and guidance to a variety of customers in regard to human capital development, leadership development, team assessments and educational consultation. The OD Consultant is a key resource for all leaders, from executives to supervisors. Able to lead and manage complex, system wide projects. Comfortable interacting at the executive levels of the division and system.
