Recruitment Coordinator, will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals and will serve as the first point of contact for the Recruitment Department. Responsible for partnering with individual managers to ensure delivery of all recruiting aspects.

This position will also serve as the first point of contact for the recruitment department by assisting with general administrative tasks and responding to inquiries as received, the recruitment coordinator will work closely with the Lead Recruiter, Recruiting & Sourcing Specialist, as well as Onboarding Specialist.
