Our Nursing Assistants are compassionate, caring, and dependable individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others. This role provides direct care to meet the residents' daily needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level in Short-Term and Long-Term Skilled Nursing Care. This position may be a great fit for you if: You believe that everyone's life has meaning and purpose. You understand that each person deserves courtesy, sensitivity, and genuine care. You create a positive atmosphere at work, which enhances all your personal interactions with staff, residents, and their families. You want to serve as the residents' closest advocate.

You enjoy providing personal, resident-directed care (ADL's). You enjoy variety in your work, and see value in providing for the complete care of the residents and their household. (This is the "versatile worker" concept, in which CNAs complete ADL's in addition to 1:1 or group activities, cooking, baking, cleaning, laundry, hair / nails, etc.) This work schedule is Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 6pm-10pm.
