Position Overview

Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Diabetes and Endocrinology Center Annual Compensation Range: ----- United Health Services Hospitals is a family of healthcare organizations that exists to improve the health of the communities we serve by developing and maintaining a comprehensive and cost-effective healthcare system. To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high-quality, comprehensive dermatology care, we are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join an established practice consisting of three dermatologists and three APPs in Binghamton, NY.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of dermatologists in a pleasant and professional environment.

Position Details: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients within the department Perform micrographic surgery to remove skin cancers, with a focus on preserving healthy tissue and achieving high cure rates Collaborate with pathology to interpret tissue sections and determine if further excision is required Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including wound management, patient education, and follow-up visits Treat general medical needs and non-emergent illnesses and injuries Build and manage an outpatient practice with the support of highly trained administrative staff Location: Binghamton, NY is located approximately 2.5 hours north of New York City and 1 hour from Syracuse, NY.

The position includes a competitive starting salary of $500,000 to $626,000, with bonus incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
