ERP Developer – Workday , you’ll serve as an internal technical expert, developing, enhancing, and supporting Workday applications that enable our teams to work more effectively. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions, implement process improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and assess enterprise-wide impacts. Through application development, release management, root cause analysis, end-user support, and technical documentation, you’ll help ensure our Workday solutions evolve to meet business needs and advance Vitalant’s mission. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually This position can work remotely anywhere in the United States.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that support business needs and enterprise objectives.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics using EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, Web Services, Workday Studio, and other Workday tools. Monitor integration performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality, streamline processes, and support evolving business requirements. Plan and execute testing for configurations, integrations, and deployments to ensure solution quality and successful implementation.
Conduct regular audits and maintain compliance with data security, privacy policies, internal procedures, external regulations, and Workday best practices.
