Position Summary
Under direct supervision by department leadership, performs phlebotomy collection of whole blood and apheresis products. Interacts with donors and coordinators, providing a high level of customer service to deliver an excellent donation experience. Takes pride in and is committed to delivering high quality services. Works cooperatively and is a supportive member of the team/group. Contributes positively to the achievement of team objectives. Responsible for operating the mobile drive vehicle, loading and unloading supplies and transporting the mobile staff in a safe and efficient manner.
The Specialist, Donor Driver plays an essential role in promoting and maintaining a collaborative and respectful team culture and contributes to a strong and engaging employee experience. The individual models teamwork, effective communication, and professionalism and fosters an environment where donors and colleagues feel safe, valued, and respected. Schedule & Availability: Must have availability between 4:00 AM and 10:00 PM 5 days on 2 days off Schedules are posted 2-3 weeks in advance Full-time, non-exempt position Total Rewards Package Compensation The target salary is based on internal averages. Versiti sets salary ranges aligned to local markets in which the job is performed.
