Full-Time Dining Server Pay Range: $14.50 - $17.25 per hour ( Final offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications) Day and Evening Shifts Available What You'll Do As a Dining Server, you will help create an enjoyable dining experience by: Providing friendly and attentive table service to residents and guests Taking meal orders and serving food and beverages accurately and efficiently Ensuring dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting Assisting with dining room setup and closing responsibilities Building positive relationships with residents through exceptional customer service Working closely with kitchen and dining team members to ensure a seamless dining experience Following food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards What We're Looking For A positive, customer-focused attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays throughout a shift Dependable, professional, and committed to outstanding service Ability to read and speak English Why Join The Village at Orchard Ridge?
