As a Network and Systems Administrator, you’ll help keep the networks, servers, systems, and services behind 4Front secure, available, and performing the way they should. You’ll monitor critical technology, troubleshoot issues, support updates and backups, and work alongside experienced IT professionals to keep our environment running smoothly. What You’ll Do Support the administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, connectivity, and network devices Help install, configure, update, and maintain servers while monitoring performance, availability, and overall system health Troubleshoot network, server, and connectivity issues, resolving everyday problems and escalating more complex challenges when needed Support user accounts, permissions, Active Directory, and access management while following established security practices Help protect system availability and data through patching, security controls, backups, recovery testing, and proactive monitoring Maintain accurate technical documentation while collaborating with Network, Security, Applications, vendors, and other IT teams on projects and improvements What You’ll Bring 1–3 years of network, systems, or related IT experience is preferred A bachelor’s degree—or equivalent certifications and experience—is preferred A basic understanding of network and server administration Familiarity with operating systems, infrastructure tools, Active Directory, and access management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and organization The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively across IT teams Flexibility to occasionally support evening or weekend technology needs Why 4Front?
