Customer Service Representative

Description Nvision, a subsidiary of SBMF Rx, is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our San Antonio team. This is an opportunity to provide phar macy support in an independent retail/specialty pharmacy setting while enjoying a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no regular evenings or weekends.

Requirements

Previous pharmacy, healthcare, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Pharmacy technician experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced pharmacy environment Comfortable communicating by phone Professional and dependable Ability to work effectively as part of a team Bilingual English/Spanish required
