Position Summary
The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is seeking a Business Transformation Program Manager to help drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with organizational priorities. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making while building the skills to independently drive increasingly complex business transformation programs and initiatives. As Business Transformation Program Manager, you will bring structure and clarity to fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments.
You will support a portfolio of initiatives by tracking progress, managing dependencies, identifying risks, driving follow-through, and helping teams stay accountable for results. We are looking for someone with a strong bias for action, a high level of ownership, and a desire to learn and grow. Success in this role requires the ability to independently move work forward, proactively solve problems, communicate clearly, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and operate with urgency and accountability. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid position based in Lake Mary, Florida , combining in-office collaboration with remote work.
