CSAs will combine excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, work independently and as part of a team. Training may be conducted in-person or virtually, and CSAs must be able to adhere to the Company's Remote Work Policies to be considered for this role. The position is located in Minnesota: Remote (must reside in MN), Hybrid, or On-site (Bemidji or Minneapolis). Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
