About the role

The org's own posting, as written

The Lead Functional Coordinator will be responsible for providing technical expertise to the real-time operations staff. This includes providing leadership, mentoring, and training of operators across functional lines, which ensures that functional tasks performed by operators have consistency of quality and structure between shifts. The position handles complex and sensitive work and requires limited supervisory responsibility over Operations personnel. A high level of discretion and judgment are required regarding work details and making operational decisions.

As a subject matter expert, this role will serve as the secondary customer contact, and support all major Functional areas of Operations.
