Fraser is seeking a Group Home Coordinator / Designated House Coordinator (DHC) to join our Community Living team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home while providing leadership, coaching, and training to staff. You will ensure compliance with Fraser policies and 245D regulations, support continuous quality improvement efforts, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment for both staff and the individuals we serve. This hands-on leadership position includes working directly with individuals living in our group homes to support their personal goals, promote independence, and assist with daily living activities and personal care needs as required.

A portion of your weekly schedule will be dedicated to providing direct support services.
