Kta's business advising program provides under-resourced farmers and ranchers with in-depth, outcomes-based business coaching and technical assistance. In 2024, kta worked with 100 businesses operating in agricultural communities throughout northern and central california.

Kta's ecosystem building incubates collaborative projects designed to increase equitable access to land, capital and market opportunities for under-resourced farmers. Since launching this program in 2018, kta has incubated or supported 26 ecosystem building projects.
