Rental Housing

HRB owns and manages 73 rental properties and is the managing member of Winslow Terrace LLC, which owns one residential property of 48 units, for a combined total of 121 rental units of affordable housing.

Homeownership

Permanently affordable homeownership opportunities at HRB include 40 homes at Ferncliff Village, 2 units at Sparrows Condominiums, 2 units at Wallace Cottages, and 17 units at Wintergreen Townhomes.

Independent Living

HRB works with older adults, people with disabilities, and those coming home to rehab to maintain their independence. We assess the home environment and perform modifications and repairs to make it more functional and safe.
