Low-Income Rental Property

The organization operates a 100 unit apartment complex for low-income, people with disabilities and the elderly. The project is regulated by the U.S. Department of housing and urban development under the provisions of section 202 of the national housing act as to rent charges, operating method, accounting procedures and other matters.
