All hands raised (ahr) serves as the collective impact "backbone organization for the all hands raised partnership. The collective impact focus is on improving education outcomes for multnomah county's 206,000 children, youth, and young adults. With a focus on educational equity, ahr collaborates with partners and community stakeholders.
