Our mission is to provide culinary training and education for young people, as well as address food insecurity through affordable, high-quality meals. We operate three integrated programs focused on culinary training, education, and Community service. The culinary training program provides on-the-job instruction from experienced chefs to young people entering the workforce, equipping them with real-world culinary experience that supports career readiness and long-term financial stability. The culinary education program offers free cooking classes in classrooms, afterschool programs, and Community settings to build food literacy, strengthen food security, and empower youth as future food system leaders. Through the Community meals program, students work alongside the organization's chef to prepare weekly meals for nonpro
