The equine rescue property was signed back over to the equine rescue. The organization put 7 horses in the care of the new owners knowing it is for nonprofit use. 2 horses were relocated to small farm in snohomish.

The equine rescue ceased operations and took steps to resolve a tax audit and dissolve the entity, donating remaining funds to other non profit causes.
