Recompete

The north olympic peninsula recompete coalition (noprc) pursued and was awarded $35.6 million by the U.S. Department of commerce through the recompete pilot program to reinvigorate the economy on the north olympic peninsula.

North Olympic Apex Accelerator

The program served 96 businesses in 2024; more than $12.9m in contracts awarded to clallam county businesses in 2024. The north olympic apex accelerator program held 5 community presentations, 10 workshops, and 10 recruitment events. The apex accelerator program is a nationwide initiative by the department of defense (dod).

Ado Grant Writer Program

Awarded $109,000 to pay for five grant writers to write grants for the following entities: city of forks, clallam pud, composite recycling technology center, the makah tribe and the port of port angeles. The five produced 18 grant applications that have been awarded $47.3m in federal and state grants.
